Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required for every booking made at Aurora Muslimah Salon & Spa. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your service(s) on the day of your appointment.
Voucher Policy: Vouchers issued by Aurora Muslimah Salon & Spa are not transferable to cash. They can only be redeemed for services offered at our salon and spa. Vouchers must be presented at the time of payment to avail of the applicable discount or offer.
Discounts and Promotions: Discounts and promotional offers are applicable only on ala carte services and are not valid on promotional packages or already discounted services unless explicitly stated otherwise. Aurora Muslimah Salon & Spa reserves the right to modify or withdraw any discounts or promotions at any time without prior notice.
Booking Cancellations: We understand that circumstances may arise requiring changes to your appointment. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the full duration of your service(s). Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time to accommodate other scheduled bookings.
Modesty and Privacy: Aurora Muslimah Salon & Spa is committed to providing a Muslimah-friendly environment that respects your privacy and modesty. Our staff members are trained to uphold these values, and we ask our clients to adhere to our dress code and guidelines during their visit.
Health and Safety: Your health and safety are paramount to us. We adhere to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards, and all equipment and tools used during your service(s) are sanitized and sterilized according to industry guidelines.
